He holds specialized knowledge in both Domestic and International Taxation matters.

He is an experienced Accountant with a solid background in Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation, and Bookkeeping. In addition to his professional expertise, he is actively engaged in social service, having contributed as a member of the Vrinda Gaushala Seva Trust, reflecting his dedication to community welfare.

CA Ajay Hooda, FCA, B.Com, is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over nine years of experience in the profession. He holds several prestigious certifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), including a Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA), Certified Forensic & Fraud Auditor, Certified GST Professional, and Certified Concurrent Auditor. His areas of expertise include Banking, Indirect Taxation, Auditing, and Finance. He has also held key leadership positions within the ICAI, having served as Chairman (2021–22), Vice Chairman (2020–21), and Treasurer (2019–20) of the Rohtak Branch of the Northern India Regional Council (NIRC).

Roopshikha is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate in B.Com (Hons.) from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), University of Delhi. She brings strategic acumen and a strong commitment to excellence in all her endeavors. Her passion lies in empowering individuals to take transformative action, with a focus on creating meaningful impact for marginalized children and underserved communities.

She holds a BBA and an MBA in Finance, and brings both strong academic knowledge and a deep desire to help others. One thought that always stayed with her was: “always help the needy.” Over time, she came to believe that education is the best way to do that. From the very beginning, she played an active role in building a platform that focuses on providing education to those who need it most. She believes that when one child is educated, it uplifts the entire family. Education has the power to change lives and turn struggles into success.
